Default Confused..?! Think you know?

Here I am drive around yada yada. Gettin ready for nice bbq. Im sittin in the parking lot waitin on a friend to show up so we can get some things. I went to shut my car off, and my radiator fan stays on and my blow motor still works. Everything else shuts off as it should etc etc. Think I have a short? where do you think i should look first. I do have the radiator fan set to run constant on with ignition. just to let you know also.

Thanks for input

I've have the car for a while now, its set to run the fan with ignition. So thats not really the normal operation of my car.

(edited for smugness by myself. haha)

man dont be smug when your details are vague.......... the fan should cycle when the car is shut off. it will stay on for like 2 min an shut off, unless you have a fan switch ran for it to stay on until you switch it off.

I took the steering column plastics off to have a look at the ignition. Noticed that a few wires were a bit closer then I would have liked them to be. Moved a little here moved a little there and now it works fine. I'm guessing it was a short somewhere on the back of the ignition where they wires criss-cross.

Thanks for replies
