Alright, I changed my fan switch and it started working the way it was supposed to work. However, the fan turns off when I turn off the car. Is that normal or is it supposed to stay on?

It turns off with the car, so its normal.

Some older cars, like the accord ( early 90's ) stay on for a few min with the key off.

not sure why op thought the fan should stay on, however 90-93 integra's do have an oil temp fan switch that can keep the fan on even after the key has been removed if it senses high enough temps.
