Default TPS problem again ------ 99-00 si with 98+ jdm type r

i measure the middle signal wire at closed .. and it shows me .2v ?? no matter how much i move the tps it still stays at .2 ... when i go to woot.. at woot i can only set it at 3.2v the highest.. and its supposed to be idle at .45 or .5 and woot at 4.5 .....whats the problem? am i not setting my volt meter right? i have it set at DCV , 20 and then 200 as well?

u set your meter right, dcv 20 is good for it. if it is still out of the right range, something is not right in the sensor or the mounting of the sensor is not right. better take a picture of the sensor(the side go mate with the throttle), so we can see what is wrong

if u already took the sensor out, just test it with it it out and rotate the sensor to see if it can be adjust from .45 to 4.5 by hand, if it could, the sensor got nothing wrong. just the mounting of the sensor is not able to do so.
