Default Pulled plugs, Gangsta lean!

So i pulled my plugs, and they are white! Pretty much lean. They have never been lean, after 10k miles. Ive had plugs last 40k with no sight of whiteness.

I have replaced my fuel pump, filter, fuel pump filter. And my fuel pressure is

35psi with vac line connected, and 45 wiht it not connected.

Im using a 1995 talon ESI fuel pump, however the fuel pressure numbers are within spec, so why for the lean mixture?

reading plug is only accurate when u run the car full throttle every time, coz when u are on freeway with light throttle, the ecu take out fuel to save gas, u will see 15-16 afr during that.

you have a wideband o2 sensor? Take it out on the freeway and check it. You can always up for fuel pressure if the regulator is adjustable or go get a nice street tune to ensure you're around stoich.
