Default Creating oil pressure before startup of new motor

I know there is the one way were you pull ur plugs and unclip your injectors until you see that your getting oil pressure but I have also heard of another way where you actually use compressed air but im not sure where it screws in or who even makes the tool anyone ever do it this way or is it a waste and just do it the conventional way ??

Before I had an accusump I used a cheap $10 herbicide sprayer from a hardware store. Filled it with 3 qts of oil. Clamp some 1/4 or 5/16" hose over the end of the sprayer wand and clamped that to a fitting at the oil pressure switch. Pump it up and let it go. It takes a long time but after a while you'll hear to oil coming up through the valve train when you have the oil cap off. Much better way than cranking the engine over IMO.
