DTC code 4, and 16 on DPFI
i have a 91 crx with DPFI, throwing codes 4(crank angle sensor) and code 16 (fuel injector). It won't rev past 3000 rpm.
check both circuits and components and everything is good. changed the ecu and distributor with a known good one and still the same problem. check timing, resistance of injectors and crank angle sensor and they're within specs. when i unplugg the secondary injector the engine idles fine and revs past 3000 rpm.
anyone experience this or can help me out? also during start up on DPFI engines should the secondary injector be on?

make sure wires in plugs are making contact with ECU. I was throwing a code 4 on my MPFI swap..turned out the plugs werent making good contact
