Default I just want to verify this is correct, PLEASE HELP Rear Disc Brake Swap Q's

I have a 91 civic si hatchback. I have DA rear disc brakes on there. The cables everything is hooked up, no problem. Except braking power is very weak can I buy the DA brake booster, master cylinder, and the 4040 prop valve and have these parts swap right in? I will be getting them either new or remanufactured (well maybe not the prop valve, but definatly the master cylinder and booster), becuase this is all very important to me, thanks.

yes or 35/40 Prop valve...and Prelude 88-91 "i think" MC swaps right in no need for a brake booster that way...but its up to you. Search this I just had a post on this so I know its here ...and gl BB, MC, and PV new are freakin expensive as hell

Alright cool now i'm wondering if I can keep my brake booster, and use the DA master cylinder with that. Will that hook up fine? Or do I need a DA brake booster, in order to use a DA master cylinder? The prop valve is easy, it's pretty much stand alone. So no worried there.

And I want to get the non abs model master cylinder from a DA I know that. Will that model bolt up to my current 91 civic si hatchback brake booster? Argh, and is the prop valve, does that have a non abs and abs model as well?

no the DA will not bolt up but the prelude one will...DA you need the MC & BB...yes needs to be non abs, and the prop valve you can get off a lot of cars...just go to a junkyard and find a 35/40 or 40.40 and in the pocket it goes

its still the same on the inside the purpose of changing everything is to handle more length of line...you can probably do DA but im not sure, just something to proportion it correctly, support more fluid MC, and make it easier to push BB
