entry level Clark welder from Menards $199 (no good at all? )

i got a Clark gasless wire feed welder for lerning to do little body work but i've only spent like 2-5 hours with it and it spaters ALOT!! im guessing im moving to fast ? any ideas

buy some anti spatter spray at home depot to minimize the little bugers
