when I swapped my zc tranny into my car I noticed I was missing the little clip at the end of the axle that goes into the tranny side. can I just get that clip somewhere its making me lose gear oil let me know if theres a certain place I can find it. thanx
First, it's called a "Circlip."
Second, missing that clip is preventing the axle from staying in the transmissions differential. This is bad. You don't want to drive on it.
Third, You don't have "Gear oil." This implies high viscosity which your transmission is not designed for. You want something in the area of 10w30, not 80w90! Thicker oil will burn up all your bearings and grenade your tranny.
