supertech flat head valve + spoon headgasket , how much difference

i'm looking to upgrade my cams very soon, cams will be toda b put in stock jdm b18c type r motor, tune with s300, i'm still deciding if i will put supertech flat face + spoon headgasket in, will they make a noticeable difference, how much compression am i looking to pump up if i get those, i seached , nothing really comes up, anyone can help me

they should bump u up .3-.5 (11.5:1.........11.8:1-12.0:1)

id look else where for compression raising...pistons are a safer way to play with compression ratio's...its nicer to have a lighter valvetrain than adding useless weight for minimal gains...my .02 cents
