4" DP Tooo Much?

I'm shooting for 450whp on pump and 500-550whp on race gas. Is a 4" DP gona be overkill vs a 3"? I just want everything to work properly and wasn't sure if a 4" DP into a 3" exhaust would be alright.

3" is fine for ur application

3" should be fine but if you have the room 4" would be nice too.
