i was wonder what kinda octane u guys running to make this kinda power...plz post..!

Sunoco?
Renegade?

alot of the shops in my area carry the vp race fuels (c16 etc.), and a local sunoco to me carries 100octane at the pump, ***** like 7 bucks a gallon

 

You don't need 114 to make 500+whp. Plus leaded is stinky...in a good way...but attracts too much attention.

You can make 500whp on pump 92.

i want vp but around here its hard to get it...i dont know of anyone anymore that carries it...the shop that use to have it went to renegade...
if 93 octane can make 500whp on a good tune...(i believe it but not on my car)
im guessing 114 should have no problem then right???

 

i usually just use vp110, it works great but lately c16 has been more readily available, one time i used 122, nice and dark blue like you would just wanna drink it.

yea little billy down in Texas did it, so now everyone can do it. Go ahead and put your $5k motor in jeopardy for some 92 octane **** and some cool braggin rights

use at least 100 octane

 

You can make 500whp+ on pump gas. and make the motor last if you have a good motor and a good tuner.

What is 100 octane safe for? THis is more available around here than the leaded stuff.

 

who here has used 112????
if so what kinda numbers u guys put down?

 

I've done a few set-ups over 500whp on pump 93. If you do have a higher octane fuel available, I would definetely run it above 500whp.
