3 Stage Vtec D15B installed in my 91 CRX SI but needs HELP

After over a year of getting my 3 Stage VTEC D15B and finding a manual transmission 3 stage VTEC ECU...........its totally installed .

The engine installation looks great.......like the car is bone stock....
I also had a custom harness made for the odd0 - odb2 conversion.
But I have problems .....the engine installer has given up trying to get the engine
running past 3500rpm, currently its throwing engine code 14?

Who are the go to Honda wire/ECU guys in SoCal?

Thanks.....Ryan at rywire did my custom harness.

My mechanic has been going back and forth with Ryan about this setup and I know
its pretty complex....

The engine is from an automatic and even though I have the correct manual ecu, this
mismatch has caused some problems.

Looking for a local wire/ecu man can see the engine electrical components and connects and work from there.....
