Can I use this vacuum port?
I don't know what you mean by vent system. Do you just mean catch cans without a vacuum source? If so yes. Here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1917722
just have the 2 hoses coming off of the block into tha tanks? there is no where for the pressure to go. this is just my oppinion from the pics, if i saw it in person i could make a better judgement.

I guess I just take bad pics because there is plenty of room to breath. One hone comes from the block the other come from the valve cover breather.
