I have a topmount with 50mm turbosmart wg. I'm having boost creep from 14 psi to 21 psi on the dyno. It holds 14 psi on the street.

Does anyone have pics of wg hole and what size hole and what size 90 pipe?

Remember our conversation last night....

Notice this full race manifold wg port. It will allow the air to flow into the WG easier thus reducing your spiking problem. It's not just a straight out elbow like what you have. It needs to taper into the port. This is what you need to do to your manifold.

Basically you need to add just the inner part of the 90deg bend to what you already have.

So I would think that a 1.75 or 1.5" sch 10 90deg elbow would work great. Now the only thing that sucks for you is that you will have to grind off some of that coating on your topmount so that you can weld this baby up. Any fab shop should be able to weld it up. I would if I had the right tools....

 

I talk to my friend who does welding, he's gonna take a look at it tomorrow. He said he can weld an elbow which will flow better. He's pretty smart so I hope it will take care of the problem. Damn race gas is too expensive to be driving on streets.
