looking for a 12v when the car is turned on to hook my foggs up
hook it up to your parking lights... should be a black/red on the fusebox if i'm not mistaken. then your fogs will come on when u turn your lights on. not at all times. if u knew how to use a relay i'd use the parking light wire as a trigger. it's what i did

First there is a park light free pin, second a relay is not needed, as the fog light switch only needs enough power for the "on' bulb in the switch and to trigger the fog light relay.

BTW perseverance park light wires are red/black.

In that case use the white fuse output in the pic I posted (parking lights). That pic is assuming you have a DC Integra. You can find plugs for those fuse outputs in a junked Integra, under the driver's side door panel. Or you could use a female quick disconnect.
Your fogs will always be on when your parking lights or headlights are on. I still think you should use a manual switch.
