i'll be the first @$$hole and say search also are you going vtec or staying non-vtec. also to start you in the right direction look into supertech, crower, and brian crower. i am going with the brian crower or crower setup

 

Depends on goals.. What's the block consist of? N/A? Turbo?

I found a pretty gnarly combo for my LS-T setup. Ported head (flowed a bit better than a stock B16 head), Rocket L21 cams, and Rocket single valvesprings.. 8.7-9:1 compression with boost. It worked awesome with boost, but that some combo may not work near as well with a mid 9 or 10:1 compression N/A build. Get the drift?

ye well i want to go all motor so im starting off with the head. i have an extra head i just picked up for like $50. so for now i just want ta know like what u guys think are good head packages? i know about the port and polish, 3 angle valve job so i want ta know what else would be good. later on i want to start on a block.

If your gana go all motor don't even waste your money.Just get a stock gs-r or B16 head and do a ls vtec build.You'll spend less money and go faster.But if your gana boost than yea.Trust me save money and go fast can't beat that combo

 

 

If you feel more comfortable using the ls head ten do it. they make decet power.
Contact JG, brian crower, or crower the all meake cams and springs for em.
Look at the JG website for dyno charts of all motor ls graps.
