Default which cams with stock B16a?

I want to put some more power out of mine b16a.
The engine only has 35k miles and no oil consumption so I don't want to take the head off, the cr will be 10.4 stock.
My aim is to get 200+ hp

The setup so far:

Jdm b16a (sirII) engine with stock p30 pistons
Itr Intake manifold (70 mm bored)
Skunk2 70 mm throttle body
3" Injen CAI
hondata intake gasket
Jdm dc sports 4-1 header 2.5 inch collector
2.5 inch testpipe
Invidia G200 catback (60 mm)

I will also get aftermarket camgears, valve springs and retainers. Tuning will be done with crome/ectune and plx wideband.

I want good midrange en peak power so I was thinking to get the skunk2 pro1 cams, but do you think these will be a good choise with this setup and stock cr? Or are there better cams for this setup?

Thanks

for your compression i reccomend you either skunk stage1 or (if you want to have good midrange) buddy club III. You can also try ITR/CTR cams aswell. Your compression is way too low for pro1 cams

Or just buy my ITR valvetrain (springs, retainers) and a set of gsr cams.

Will give you a good deal pm me.

Otherwise supertech valvetrain / skunk2 valve train and ITR cams or S2S1 or 2's.

BC3+, Skunk2 Stage 1, TODA A, ITR. In that order.

Thanx for the answers, I want something better than itr or ctr cams so I will get the buddyclub spec 3 plus or skunk2 stage 1 cams.

I will get aftermarket valve springs, but can I use itr retainers with the s2s1 or bc spec3+ and a rev limit of 9000 rpm.

thanx for the input!

good luck getting 200 hp on a b16, 70mm TB is really big though... skunk 2 stage 1 cams are a good choice though

Reaching 200hp won't be the easiest thing, especially because you don't want to touch your pistons yet. That 70mm TB is actually slowing down your flow velocity and will make less horsepower than a smaller one on your 1.6.

I did some more research and with this cr and bolt-ons, I decided to go for s2s1's.

I know a guy that made 202 crank hp with these cams and similiar setup and the same guy is tuning my car. (He had only 10.2 cr, so I hope for a little more)
