Default adjusting koni yellows

i'm on ots gc (koni specific) + koni yellows and the spring rates are 340f/250r. i have this set-up on my 96 civic hatchback. i heard you're suppose to set your shocks according to the spring rates. since the settings is 2 full turns from full soft-full stiff.. would i set the fronts 1.5 turns and the rears 1 turn? any help would be greatly appreciated. if anyone has the same setup on their ek, i'm curious to know what you're settings are too!

my fronts have the gc on the highest sleeve? is it normal to be that low with the coilovers set all the way up in the front?

How much rebound damping you want is purely based on personal taste. It's like asking how much salt you should add to your french-fries. No one setting will "perform" that much better than another. The fastest setting is the one that lets the driver feel the most confident.

Also, there should be about 2.5 turns from full-soft to full-hard. I have my EG set on .75 from hard up front, and 1 or 1.5 from hard in the rear (400f/250r). The difference front & rear all depends on how much over & under-steer you are getting. If you can't track test your setup (I don't), just start out by driving them at both full soft & full hard so you can get a feel for the difference. Then you can find the middle ground that best suits you. Avoid having your rears set higher than the fronts (can cause over-steer) unless you really know what your doing...

I'd start out with less turns and see how it rides. Maybe 1/2 turn form soft front and rear at first.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say they're set all the way up. Mine are on the lowest clip and set about 1/2 way up the threads and they don't seem all that low
