Hello. There is a weird noise coming from underneath the hood of my car. It only happens when it is cold outside. If the temperature is warmer that 45 degrees F, the sound is non existant. This sound not only is when I sit idle, but also when the car is moving, and it seems as if the sound increases in pitch as I push the accelerator. It happens at the 25, 35, 60, and 75 MPH mark. Annoying, yes, because those are the speeds at which I stay at the most. Here is a video of the sound of the car at idle: Please help.

I'm guessing that's the area it seems to be comming from... try replacing your belts.

if that doesn't do it you may have an P/S pump or A/C compressor going bad.
