You should search b4 bro....
but what the heck

if you have stock valve train on you head...go with Type R....
Type R are exactly the same as CTR, but on the CTR intake cam it has a slighlty bigger lobe...the exhaust cam is the same as a type r no differance there. You can still run these cams on stock valve train.

However if you want similar but slightly a little more kick...go with buddy club 3 or skunk 2 stage 1. You will need aftermarket valve train to handle those mild cams....

let me knw if you have more questions.
peace

pro 1 cams are a very aggressive cam thats needs valvetrain whereas bc3+ and many other stage one cams say you can use stock valvetrain and rev to stock redline fine

nah bro.

if you only have ITR valve train...you won't be able to run skunk2 pro 1's. Skunk 2 pro 1's are a bit more agressive than stage 1 and you would need better valve train. I was suggesting bc3 or skunk 2 stage 1 but even at that i feel stage 1 being more aggresive than bc3.

like the homie said <TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by coptzer &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">pro 1 cams are a very aggressive cam thats needs valvetrain whereas bc3+ and many other stage one cams say you can use stock valvetrain and rev to stock redline fine</TD></TR></TABLE>

True Story Yo.

the stage 1's are relatively close...but some recomend to change your springs... but if i were you and you dont plan on running a bigger cam later go with the bc3 otherwise go buy a new valve train that can handle bigger cams.
