Default idle to low

after my car warms up the ide is about 250 to 300 rpm my helms manual says 650 to 700 ...
how do i get it in the right area. i have done nothing to try to correct the situation so all suggestions will be tried 'thanks

when i first start the in the morning itll sart at like 2 and start a going down

When I start my car, it starts at 2k rpm also (Cold Engine). Goes down to 1.5k in a minute or two.

It should idle around 600-700rpm when its warmed up. 200-300rpm sounds way too low.

hmmmm yea that will help
but what caused the cars idle to drop in the first place. like internal dammage?

maybe when i missed 4th in place for second and shot the rpms to 9.5 on my ls... but that was a while ago and the dealership said i got lucky. but they are mostly morons

Why the **** does everyone do that?? Its not ******* hard to shift from 3rd to 4th whether your redlining or not.. if you dont know how to shift then you shouldnt be racing around like a ******* moron!
