What you hear is the horn relay. I replaced mine with an aftermarket horn.

Now figure out if you're getting power into the relay. If you're getting power to and out of the relay, then power isn't getting to the horn(cut wire, ect)

ok mine stopped working about 2 weeks ago along with the cruise control and windshield wipers... not sure wtf happened but i got the wipers back by messing with the harness that goes to the fuse box... really weird though it happened all at one time. All fuses are fine, any ideas anybody?

the relay click doesnt mean it got power to the horn. if you understand how relay work, it can still blow a fuse(meaning the fused power to 30 side of the relay is blown, hence no power to the horn) while the relay is energized(mean 86 and 85 side got power and ground).
