Setup is a 90 CRX Si with rear discs. I recently replaced all four rotors and pads. Now every once in awhile one wheel will drag really hard to the point where it hinders my acceleration and will actually start smoking. After I parked the car it smells like horrid burnt brake for awhile but after I let it sit it'll be fine until it happens again randomly. Its not just one wheel it has happened to all four one at a time. I bled the brakes when I changed the rotors and pads because I also changed out a caliper. What could it be?
