Default Weird transmission, Shifting problem.

Hey guys, when my car is driven for 30-40 min and hot, when I put her in 5th gear, its like my shifter is HITTING something, wtf?

I can get in 5th, but its like hitting a wall, even when I have it in the neutral position and hit the right side wall. smack it around, it feels like it is hitting something. What the hell is over there??? and why is it happening when its fully warmed up and hot.

Also, i have one of those FLP or whatever shifters, really high truck driver style..

Even sometimes when driving for an hour and a half, or two hours.. switching threw the gears is like going thru sand..

wasnt happening in the winters cold weathers, hmm...

think its time to sell her

only roughly 45k miles.

Hmmm, the transmission is as smooth as butter. Only when im driving it for a long period of time will it get notchy, and just today when tryn to get it in 5th gear after a long 45min highway drive cruising @ 80-90mph constantly, its like im hitting something trying to get in that gear...

Im gonna flush the fluid and go with some expensive stuff..

Flush and put in some fresh Honda MTF and you should be good as new.

Expensive is not always better... But saying that I may try some Motul tranny fluid for the Expo.
