I'm installing a new clutch in my 95 gsr and the seal on the transmision is leaking, I was going to pay a shop to reseal it but I was wondering how hard is it to reseal it , I was thinking that I may not have to totally open it all the way maybe just far enough to clean it and put some silicone, I'm not sure but if anybody done it here how hard is to do it, or if you have any tips please help. Thank you guys.

 

It would be better off having a shop replace the seal. you may fix the leak for now but it is just a bandaid on it.
