Fluctuating Idle, getting annoying...
After my car warms up, the idle starts to go from 800 to realllly low to where it feels like its going to die but it never does and just does this over and over again till I start going. Car drives fine but it's just at idle when it gets annoying.
Couldn't find any vaccum leaks, tightened down that big screw thing on the FITV, coolant is bleed. Anything else I can try?

Did you try opening your fast idle screw on the throttle body?
Also your PCV, IAC or FIT valves could be bad, you can try testing or swaping these out.

To check it squeeze the hose that goes from the manifold to the pvc valve while the car is running. You should hear a click, and if you dont then replace it. Mine was bad and i just replaced it but it didnt fix my idle problem.
Possible fast idler valve. Also, take some throttle body cleaner and start spraying all possible sources of vacuum leaks. If the idle changes, then you've found a potential leak. If the intake manifold has been replaced, definitely spray at the gasket.

i'll try spraying the vaccum lines again. i put a blox IM with hondata IM gasket on before the motor went in. im guna get a new tb gasket, see if that helps.

Now that i think about it, after i changed throttle bodies this started happening.... fix one problem then another one occurs
what could be the problem with the throttle body to cause this? like i said everything drives perfectly fine, just at idle.

vacuum leak would give you a high idle. try resetting your ecu even though i doubt it will do anything. make sure obviously everything is where its supposed to be. if it started doing it when you replaced throttle body , than its most likely somin to do with the TB , lol. replaced with aftermarket TB? or another stock one?
its prolly the fast idle thermo valve. Theres already a thread on here on how to fix it i had the exact same problem with my civic... should take literally 15 to 20 min to fix.

yeah i already "fixed" it as stated in the first post.

i read that any idle fluctuation has to do with a vacuum leak somewhere. pull off ur intake and plug one of the two holes (i forget which one) in the intake manifold and see if the idle surge stops. if it does u may need a new fit valve...
