b16 vibration

Default b16 vibration

i have a crx dx. with a b16 swap. i was wondering if anyone has come up with a way to keep some of the vibration down? i know its from the stiff motor mounts.

I know hasport has two different inserts available for their mounts, one that's super stiff (race) and another for street (not really that much softer, still way stiffer than stock)

A trick I did was turn up my idle from 750 (stock) to 1000rpm. On idle, the vibrations became drastically low. Made a HUGE difference.

i hear the innovative mounts setup doesnt have much vibration... also... did u hammer the front lip of the rear cross member down right under the tranny mount...?

yeah i hammered it down. i thought about drilling holes in the urethane....

1st generation Hasport Mounts.
