jdm itr intake manifold question
that's the vacuum line connection to the fuel pressure regulator. If your FPR is getting vacuum from somewhere else, then you can just cap it.
it's definitely comming from that line. i capped it, but my car ran crappy. idle was really low, and when i come into a complete stop, the idle drops and car seems like its about to die or just dies. when i took the cap off, my car ran perfectly normal. is it safe it i just leave it open?

assuming your pressure regulator is getting vacuum from somewhere else, that means there is some other problem. leaving that port open only raises the idle so the problem is hidden. IMO it's not a good idea to leave open, you could suck dust/dirt in.
If you simply don't have your pressure regulator hooked up that will cause your idle issue.
