Ok I'm lucky enaugh to have a good selection. I have a B16 turbo on a crx. A friend of mine offered some cams so now I have type R cams (intake & exhaust), I also have GSR cams (in & Ex) which ones should I upgrade to. I want to use the type R's but i'm scared they might shorten my lifespan. the head is not built.
