Stock radiator is fine, you might want to get a half radiator and slim for for downpipe clearance.

Yep, we run them on our cars, and customer cars.

Depends on what turbo kit, and where the placement of the turbo and the routing of the downpipe is

you have a lot of searching still to do....a "T3/T4" is a VERY broad range of turbos. You need to narrow it down a little...

What kind of power are you hoping for?? Are you building the engine or just running on the stock internals??

running on stock... like 6-7psi... because its my daily car ... but the engine has like 25.000miles,, 175 compresion each cilinder!! the engine is in very good shape,, the only thing is that im having a fuel problem i think,, i post that problem in the tech forum...

power...not psi....there's no point in telling us the boost you plan to run because with as vague of a turbo description as you gave, there's no way to tell what kind of power that would make.

The general rule of thumb for a stock D series is that if you want it to last for a while, 220whp seems to be the best power range to stay in...of course there are a fair number cars who more than exceed that limit and still work....
