okay heres the issuse we got a customer car in the bay.. okay te heater fan will turn on even after u completely take the key out of the ignition.. but it gives out cold air and also killed the customers battery.. when u press the button while car is off like the button u press if u want the heat to recirculate the car or if u want it for just to aim for ur legs only.. those will light up but very dim.... so what can it be.. im guessing heater fan relay maybe its bad allowing current to go thru the damn **** or something.. help

if fan is running is gotta be relay, short by maybe water, or mouse. Judging by my wiring diagram

 

the one located under the hood.. any way to test it or swap in my good one to see?

 

Fan inside the car or in the engine bay? If it's the one inside the car then it has to be electrical and possibly a relay.

 

heater.. the one that supplies the heat.. the heat will stay on even with the key out of the dash.. and the lights on the heat button will light up but very dim.... so u think i should replace the relay under the hood.. label as heater fan? cooling fan?
