SWAY BARS.....
Im looking into buying a sway bar and a strut bar but I dont know if they sell some for the lower front. I know that they have a strut bar and sway bar for the lower rear, in the trunk, and for the engine. And what brand do you reccomend??? Does the brand make a difference?? Thanks HT Members!!!

Well if he's not a complete idiot I would assume he meant strut bars.
And if so, neuspeed, ITR, Password, and carbing are all good choices.

You never know.
If he is asking for a front strut bar, I loved my neuspeed I had.

there are only two sway bars on your car, front and rear..they are the springy sort of flexible bars
there are also strut bars which connect the strut towers and something like a rear lower tie bar or something that you can get also. these are rigid and supposedly stiffen the chassis and prevent flexing

Yeah, but he also said lower front. I didn't know there was an upper and lower front sway bar. That's the confusion.

notice he also said lower rear when he was referring to the rear sway. hence, lower front is front sway bar. anyway, like a lot of people suggested, you can't go wrong with front gsr/itr front sway bar and itr rear sway bar. A three point strut- carbing, passwordjdm, benen, or neuspeed bar will definitely yield better handling.

Sways are on the bottom struts bars bridge the gap between your shocks.

I really liked my Beaks performance Rear Sway Bar set-up. Its a Stock ITR bar with a sub-frame reinforcement kit. This helps reduce the chance of ripping your lower mounting points when you use a big stiff bar. Also includes poly bushings. Its not super easy to install, but it makes a huge difference in getting the car to "rotate" in a corner. Before the install I had a hard time getting controlled oversteer on the track, but after the car was much more neutral.
beaks is fine for subframe reinforcement(which you'll need if youre going to use a decently sized rear-sway), though the type of reinforcement beaks uses is not the same as the asr kit(which is probably the best reinfocement you can buy, but it doesnt come cheap). If thinking of going with beaks, I'd consider self-fab'n reinforcement yourself, and using the regular oem 22mm bar. Instructions can be found Here ->http://www.geocities.com/bretq....html
as far as sway bars, theres the usdm oem 22mm type r you can get for around 50-65usd from most acura parts dealers. There's also the jdm oem 23mm type r you can get for about twice the price of the 22mm. Then theres the cusco 25mm rear sway that you can get for about twice the price of the 23mm.
as far as tower bars, go with one that mounts to the firewall as well, there's really 3 options I know of, 1)Carbing(best, imo, as it has a master brake cylinder brace built into it, and innertube reinforcement like the password bar is just overkill and unecessary weight) 2)password jdm(has stronger tubing, which is of negligable use) 3)Benen indust.(this company isnt in business anymore, but Im sure you could find their products somewhere, just dont expect any support if something doesnt work/fit.)
As far as "front" under bracing goes...you really dont need it, you wont notice it. But neuspeed, tanabe, cusco, carbing, and megan(I dont reccomend them) all make front under bars.
