Yes dx and si are the same..
definitely go with the front DA knuckles/rotors/calipers and rear CRX disc

I know in the CRX's the DX and Si's share the same brakes, but do the hatches also?

If this is just for the street, don't waste your money on powerslot rotors they do nothing. Get a decent set of Brembo blanks and good pad and lines. you will be set to go.

Also DA knuckles will mess with your alignment, not recommended.

They will do just fine. That is what I ran on the road race courses until I upgraded. Slotted/drilled rotors really do nothing, I ran them on the race track and they didn't help cool them down. So I went with just some blanks.

Well upgrade the front with http://www.fastbrakes.com kit it goes for about $250 then you get your own calipers and rotors. Or 90-91 4door EX, either one is good.

I would NOT recommend DA front knuckles. As far as swapping rear disc, I would keep my drums on if I knew what I know now.

I do highly recommend upgrading to the non-abs 260v booster and MC out of an Integra.

All the advice crx toad is giving is dead on. The only reason to do the rear disk swap is for ease of maintenance. I put the Hawk ceramic pads on my wife’s evo, they work as good as the stock evo pads (they are really aggressive oem pads that only lasted 30,000 miles) and have little brake dust. They do make a little squealing under light braking low speed conditions.

Any non-abs Integra. Like I said above the buck tag on it should say 260v. This is bolt on and don't have to change lines.

Also there has been some discussion about Insight backing plates being put on a CRX trailing arm thus making them way lighter that disc brakes. More to come on that if I can ever find another insight in the bone yard.
