is it worth getting an msd ignition kit, wires, coil and cap ..

b16 motor with i/h/e bc cams, cam gears, pulleys, phearable ecu

nope. the stock system can support a lot of power. more than you'll ever make NA. if anything, upgrade to new oem stuff.
