help, upper control arms..
Alright, my upper control arm bushings are gone on my 91 si, and its my DD. Do i need to have the bushings pressed in or is it do-able by hand with a hammer..i searched and came up with nothing...
if the control arm is old, you might aswell replace the whole thing.. that way you'll have a new ball joint aswell. but i would assume you could get them in with a hammer. getting them out might be a bitch
anybody else, the balll joints are fine, i just need to know if i can do it at home or if i have to take it to a machine shop for the press

cool, thanks, all i needed to know was if i had to rely on someone else to drive me to a press as this is my only car..but energy bushings do not need to be pressed, just slide em in?
