Default school me please.....

im on my buds login...I have a 05 f/red and lately i've been looking at different directions to take the exterior style of the car, ive decided to stay away from c/f and accent the stock appearance, i want to stay with the finish of the 05 wheels but i want them flush with the fender, how low should i got on ride height? can i ad spacers? what wheels compare with the stock, i want people to be stumped on why it looks different..... I would really appreciate your opinions. thanks

If you want to move the stock wheels out more, your only method would be to go with spacers. Get a full coilover suspension so that you can dial in your ride height exactly where you want it, without blowing out your shocks. That plus an oem hard top would really set the car off in my opinion. That's the route I'm going at least.

I think it will depend on the type of spacer you get. When I have ordered hub-centric adapters & spacers in the past, I've never had to use extended lugs or anything of that nature. Check out Crow Automotive. http://crowautomotive.com/ They will tell you what you need based on the width and car.

i suggest, browse to this thread and gather some ideas..

https://honda-tech.com/zerothread/1299642

first, we dont know whats your style... second, we dont know your budget.. we can name several exterior parts that would look good but it might be out of your range..

then if you see something you like, PM the owner

Yea, the best route is to get the right offset on some aftermarket wheels and skip out on the spacers. I only said that since he wanted to retain the oem wheels.
