Default can the harness connectors be retensioned?

I ha had a TPS code recently and upon pulling the connector the female openings look alot larger than the thickness of the 3 pins in the TPS.

I had a TPS code thrown a year or so ago, after cleaning15yrs and over 240K of blackness out of it and resetting the connector a few times, it quit complaining.

Have you guys heard of a connector loosening like that?
Have you seen a fix for it?

or am I looking a a TPS with floppy insides?

Is it possible to clean the potentiometer in the TPS with some electronics cleaner or is it completely sealed?
