I have a d15b will the stock front motor mount work with this motor?
Does the stock motor mount (I have a 91 civic si) work with any d series engine swap with out any modification? Specifically a d15b7 in this case.
Not so true, only the cable transmissions of course will bolt to our frame and the later D-series drivers side mount BRACKET sometimes need to be replaced.

ok thanks for the correction
since he did not mention a tranny swap I did not consider those mounts in my answer.
the driverside(engine) mount bracket is the part bolted to the block?

awesome haha, so I wasted my money going with an innovative mount and innovative bar (not wasted lol, but you know.. overspent) oh well it will be nice having the extra traction, I hope I love it
I might try the stock mount first (i didn't know it would fit) then switch to the innovative setup and post a thread about what I feel the differences are
