it is because your syncro's dont have time to do their job with your "quick shift". your syncro's are probably worn out as well. shift slower and you probably wont have that problem.
A clutch upgrade doesnt allow you to shift faster. it allows your engine to transmit power to the transmission more efficiently without slipping.

try poly shifter bushings and a stock shifter. if it continues to grind use Synchromesh to cover it up untill you can get a good Si or ZC trans

pimp juice in a bottle.

not really, just a synthetic trans fluid, made by GM. SUPPOSEDLY it prevents grinding, but ive always used oem honda fluid and it works fine for me.

no link, but its easy as hell. just look near the passenger axle on the transmission, there should be a 17mm bolt and a bolt with a 3/8 ratchet hole in it. the 3/8 ratchet bolt is the drain and the 17mm is the fill hole. drain then put the plug back. then take out the 17mm and use a piece of 1/2 inch hose about 2-3 feet long and a funnel to fill it until its level with the bottom of the fill hole. replace the fill plug and your done

i love all these ppl that think the brand of a short shifter makes a difference. the reason that short shifters "eat" syncros is the spin down time of the countershaft. from a engineering point of veiw, the shifer (short or long throw) will still fully engage the syncro. so a 5 million dollar b&m shifter is no better than a 5 dollar eGay shifter
