how many miles?

when the car is off and you push down the clutch pedal is it easy to shift it?

could be a shift linkage problem.

Good luck.

it could be your clutch, get it looked at before your tranny dies a nasty death...

well non of us can tell u exactly what it is. My friend had somewhat of the same problem but his was worse, he had a hard time putting it in every gear, and it stopped going into R. When we took it to the shop the guy said there is no way he can know until he opens it, when he did we found out that his syncros were not in the best shape, his forks were fucked, and that he had some shift linkage problems, and more stuff i cant remember at the moment. The funny thing was the Mechanic knew this happened because of racing, he said "so did u at least win ur races" so i guess this is a common problem with people that drive hard. anyways good luck

actually Honda recomends every 30k.

I change mine twice a summer, and store it winters.

Check the clutch master and slave cylinders first, but it sounds like your clutch disc took a dump. One of the springs popped out or the material is coming off the disc.

I was having the same problem and this was what was causing it I think the stray piece of metal was one of the clutch disk's counter weights it came out from behind one of the four springs on the disk and got stuck between my disk and my pressure plate...

I was so glad to find out it wasn't my tranny
