Default power door lock actuator

My friend and I are trying to install some power lock actuators to my alarm which is a python 660xp, we hook up the 2 wires green and blue, the actuators work but the problem is its really weak. We know its not the actuator because we tested it on the battery and its really strong....does anyone know whats wrong?

check the voltage at the actuator. the manual will tell u what its supposed to be. what do u mean by week? does it lock and unlock but slowly, or it doesnt even have enough to do its thing

I'm just starting to do research and look into doing my own alarm install. I think the acutator works off 14v like other things in your car, might wanna look that up to be sure. like anavrin said check the voltage and if you have to, use a relay.

I test the amps from the wires today and was only getting about .35amps.

What can I do to get more power to the actuators?

First you need two relays. One relay will lock it and the other will unlock. You will use the blue and green wire triggers from the alarm to activate the relays Do you know what a spst relay looks like?

or you can find a dei 451m, most car stereo shops should have them, these will plug right into your alarm.

I bought 2 30-amps relays today. It has 4 prongs: 12v out, 12v in, ground, load.
how do i wire it up to a 2 wire green & blue actuator? im gonna also be running inline fuses.
