Default Fluxuating Idle

Ok so today I changed my oil, no biggie. Looked the car over made sure everything was good, checked a fuse for my rear defroster cuz thats broken. Next time im in the car my car is idling funny. It will bounce up and down b/w 1 and 2k. Usually no more than 500 RPMs. If I just turn the car its fine, but if its given any gas and then allowed to idle it bounces the same way. Any suggestions?
