Is it bad to continue to drive my car With a bad iacv?

How bad is it? Is it just dirty or defective? How sure are you it's the IACV that's the problem. Any other idle issues? How's the o2 sensor?

It has a idle that goes up an down when it warms up, an I have cleaned it a few times an still idles weird, an when I unpluged it,it idles smooth,
