I know the dealership gets a feed from honda in their montly allocations of cars.
Maybe contact your dealer to see if they still have the documentation on file?

Not ever part of your car was made at the same time. I know when I was taking my Civic apart I found parts that were dated before the car was actually assembled. I believe the door jamb will tell you what month/year.
