Is this a problem with the starter?
Sometimes when I go to start my car, it wont start. Instead, it makes this clicking noise, like the starter wont catch in order to start the car. I figured it may have been the cold weather. But, this week its been nice out (60+) and it is still doing the same thing. Usually after a few to many turns of the key, the car will finally start. I just want to get this fixed and know exactally what the problem is before I go out and spend money. Any ideas or suggestions?

My battery is brand new. At first I thought it was the battery. So I went out and got a brand new one in January, but when I put the new one it the same thing happened. I have to get my car inspected this week and everything (re-register is since im 18 now). So when I go to get it inspected at my mechanic, I'll have him take a look at it.
