Can the lip be installed without removing the bumber?
The only problem I see is finding the marks on where to drill because they are hidden but couldn't you just set the lip on the car and mark the spots with a pen?

I'd say pull the bumper off, it'll only take like 15 mins, and it'll be easier to work on off of the car.

 

I'm pretty sure the lip has a few bolts that need to be screwed on, so you probably will need to remove it.

I don't know about you guys but I didn't remove my bumper...just push it in all the way then have people hold it while someone drills the holes..after that just take off the double sided tape protection and put it on...if its the HFP lip it should be a perfect fit perfect and go right on top of the stock bumper.
