Where to find hydraulic clutch lines?? 98 Accord.
I'm doing an automatic to manual swap on my 98 Accord, 2.3L VTEC.
I need to know if anyone has all the lines that go out from the master and slave, or if you know where to buy them at.
The Honda dealership quoted me $475...for a few bendy metal lines and a rubber hose. No thanks.
The master and slave I have are brand new, I just need all the lines, fittings, etc. Any help would be much appreciated.
P.S. - Auto Zone, NAPA, and Schucks do not carry them. Junk yards and part pullers don't have them either.

You could get some fittings and tubing and bend it yourself. Then just buy the dampner and rubber hose.
Or you could just make a SS braided hose from the MC to the slave.

Mine is a steel braided line from the master to the slave, it's not quite as good as a steel pipe but it's a lot easier to move it where you want it.
Just find out the fittings you need on the master and the slave, figure out the length you need of the line and give the specs to a local shop for manufacture. I would explain what you're using it for so they have an idea what the inner diameter should be.
I believe mine cost about $70 to make.

I was thinking of doing the SS braided lines. Saw the thread and pics...is the 10mm and 12mm fittings the same for the 98 Accord? Also, is there any other line coming off of the master besides the one to the slave?
