This might be a stupid question, but have you ever picked up an OEM taillight? They're not exactly made of lead.

Perhaps not, but removing weight (especially from behind the rear wheels) could help to improve handling, if not drastically.

I have a question.....If I were to get a carbonfiber hatch for my 1996 Hatchback, would I be able to get carbon fiber duckbill spoiler and install it, or would I have to drill holes myself????
