brake fluid......question

hey guys a simple question..how do i change the brake and clutch fluid??????

Bleed them till the fluids clear.
Or just suck out the old and put new in.

Like Re said, bleed until all clear. My brake fluid was like soy sauce before I did my brake swap, now it's nice and clean.
